The place was spotlessly clean. The check in process using an app as your door key meant I could walk straight into the hotel with no waiting around to check in. Plenty of plug sockets and USB ports. "Interesting first stay at Grand Hotel Hartlepool i am sure once it was a very plush hotel but starting to look a bit tired these days most annoying was noisy plumbing which did wake me up sometimes but staff were all very friendly and moved me after problems with my tv and Internet "
