There is the general Mercure connection or a connection in your room. The signal is good .... the bad point is using a VPN it drips every 1 minute. This is really no good when travelling on business and I need VPN to connect to my companies mail system. I complained every time but nothing is done. "Hotel Clean, service very friendly. Very basic in terms of catering. No room service. And if you want dinner you have to go 2 minutes round the corner to the bigger Holiday Inn, which in all fairness does a good burger with friendly service. Breakfast is mainly Chinese with western option being toast, cereal and self serve coffee. Location is about a 10 minute walk from Lake Tai Hu, although that certain part is a so called Park and there is an entrance fee (I think around 20 kuai) Lots...

"This hotel is well situated near a large shopping center and a metro stop. Also, there are nearby bus stops as well. The hotel itself seems to be well-maintained and the room is mostly comfortable. I say mostly because it always seems so hot in the rooms, even in the dead of winter. I always have to ask for a fan to offset the heat. I adjust the thermostat, but it doesn't seem to help. The breakfast buffet that was included with my stay is mostly terrible; it's VERY Chinese/Asian style. ...
