"Our stay at Exe Saldanha was great. We got off our cruise boat at 0800 and we had booked for Nov 22 night and they accommodated us that morning! Which was great because we were not feeling great after a night of turbulent waters. The front desk was kind and so helpful with all of our requests. The only things keeping this place from 5 stars are no USB ports in the room & the shower was clean but not sparkling clean. However, the front desk did provide us with a travel adapter which was amazing....

"Great place to stay, I would have given five stars for all categories, however, the one complaint my wife and I had was the heat was on in the room in November. I do realize Europe cools down in November and the people that live there find the outside temperatures cool. For those of us that are more acclimatized to lower temperatures the excessive heat in the rooms was stifling. Even with the windows open the room was still too warm. Even after complaining twice, we were told the whole building...

"It was overlooking a beautiful square where a Christmas Market was going on. A little noisy..but it is in the heart of Old Town! Room was quite small but bed very comfortable and shower was nice and strong. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Loved the welcome Port and Pastel de nata!"

"We stayed there for only a weekend, after our cruise. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the cruise port and close to the airport. It is also right next to a metro station, in a street with supermarkets, bakeries and shops. The room was very comfortable, clean, good sized. The breakfast was really good. And the staff was great, really helpful and attentive, they even prepared a breakfast box for us on our last day, because we had to leave at 6am for the airport."

"Nice stay for our final night before coing to the airport. Room was large, comfy bed and Nice bathroom. Easy parking and very friendly staff."

"Hotel 2 metro stops from airport. Metro and bus station 5 minute walk. Thank you to the staff. We arrived from a morning flight. They Check us in early. That’s a big thank you to the hotel. Location is perfect and safe. Recommend this place. "
