" Location is good. Cleanest is good. Room is good size (302) with fridge. Modern design. Good idea to have the toilet separate. The problem is that is extremely small - see pictures. Reception is a little slow but is ok. The problem was WiFi which was extremely slow - I couldn’t buy train tickets on WiFi. If you need to login at work forget about. The signal is very unstable. I noticed the reception - and the answer was to go to reception for a better WiFi ????"

"It's a very basic hotel close to shopping centers but nothing special, which is probably what one should expect for the price. It's fine for a night but for a vacation, pay a bit more and stay somewhere nice."

"We have stayed here several times in the past. Although the location is great the rooms are outdated, specially for the price and the fact it’s a 5 star hotel. 1 little bottle of shampoo and bodywash for 2 people and they were not replaced the 2nd day? 2weeks in the netherlands this was the most expensive one and the only one with no proper bodywash and shampoo provided, this is not to be expected in a 5 star hotel. I was told 2 years ago they were in progress of updating the rooms not no sign...

"This was our 3rd stay in 2 years, each time in a garden room. The terrace is so lovely to have in addition to the room. We asked for a 'more comfy' chair and we were given one which benefitted my wife immensely. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. 1 improvement would be a shower mat as the shower floor tiles are very slippery. On our last 2 visits we have bought a shower mat in a lical shop."

"Awful. Hotel sent me an email saying I could check in as late as 22:00 and that someone would be there to greet me. I arrived at 21:00 and was not able to check in due to no one being there. If I never received that email, I would have been on time. They charged me for both nights I was staying and didn’t refund me for THEIR mistake. If you want to have no place to stay your first night in Europe and be out money to begin your trip, this is your place."

"Hotel was 5 minutes walk from a reasonably-priced (€16 for 24 hrs) car park outside a shopping outlet. Hotel rooms were above a cocktail bar situated opposite a small square filled with bars and restaurants, close to the town hall. Room had 4 single beds set up as two doubles, separated by a small set of shelves and a small dining table with four chairs. There was no air con, but a large fan was provided. The bathroom was large, and included a small, theatre-style dressing room. Breakfast was...
