"Great location for a night stops over to catch an early flight next day as it is near the KKIA airport. hotel surrounding full of eatery and pubs for a meal to drinks. set back only that the place can be noisy at night but overall i would recommend this place for reasonable prices for good bed, bathroom and no worries for food and drinks. would come back to stay here for a short stay. "Infront hotel is local transport hub, close to busy road. 100m to Gaya Night Street. 15minutes walk to CentrePoint Mall and Waterftont. Bedding a bit dated. Buffet breakfast is basic but is ok. "

"unexpectedly, my family was given a room with balcony with can see the sunrise and Mt Kinabalu. My children are very happy with playground and photo-taking stations. Me & my wife are overwhelmed and very satisfied with the delicious and abundant FOC breakfast"

"Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The recent renovation works have been completed to a high standard, using high spec fixtures and fittings. Very good location for local amenities, restuarants, shopping malls, etc. The only downside is being located on the 2nd storey, as we had several suitcases. However, the owner was very helpful in carrying the cases up the stairs. "
