"Everything was good and the staff was nice, my room was really clean. Couldn’t find the parking they stated was free though.they also need to work on giving more pillows … but overall great would book there again definitely! :)"

"Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. We loved the “best western” theme of the hotel.."

"This hotel is excellent. The people are very friendly and helpful. The location can’t be beat. It is close to anything and everything you would want or need. If you aren’t a walker, there is a bus stop about 75 meters away."

"Charming place. Authentic European experience. No frills (no coffee machine or shampoo, etc) but good clean room in a classic old building 😁 don’t think there was AC; it got a bit warm but was ok. Breakfast did not disappoint … lavish spread and excellent coffee options in the lobby!! There’s no staff available in the evenings. Paid for parking in adjacent garage and that worked well. It’s on a one-way street and took me awhile to find it. It’s tucked in a residential street.. very close to...

"Lovely friendly hotel and breakfast included was a great bonus. Our room was a good size and was spotlessly clean. Great location for the old town. Parking access is tight for bigger cars. Would stay again."

"When you book the “comfort apartment”that sleeps 5 you realize when you check in that there is only 1 bedroom with not a king size bed but a queen, the other beds are the couch in the living room and 2 roll out cots that have to go in the living room or kitchen too - very uncomfortable. No black out drapes like advertised. In fact some of the windows don’t even have any kind of covering and are cracked. "My room (#15) had desk space, a very nice easy chair, a good bathroom, good lighting, quiet, easily accessible. Much recommended. Parking is free. "

"The Good - Comfortable, easy parking and the restaurant was excellent The Bad - Some poor communication between the hotel and Hotels.com. I had paid Hotels.com in full and in advance but the hotel sais they hyad received no advnce and so we were obliged to pay again. Trying to get in touch with Hotels.com a nightmare. "

"Hotel is very central & I found the hotel functional rather than comfortable. Room was clean & basic and the breakfast OK. Two real issues I had were: 1) Smallness of bathroom. There was no room for the sink, so that was in the bedroom itself & I couldn't put the shower mat down & close the door as there wasn't enough space. 2) I had paid for room in advance through Hotels.com but was asked on check-in & the following morning "If I had paid for the room" which I found a bit unsettling"

"Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms, friendly service and a view over a park and woodland. Only 3 minutes walk across the park to the station and main street of Bad Soden. A great place to stay to explore bith Frankfurt and the surrounding Taunus. "

"Liked the location of hotel - very central, everything accessible by foot. Even the towels and linens a bit outdated - the room, equipment and public areas in decent condition. Comfortable matresses, great sleep. Second floor rooms just around cafeteria where tasty coffee and breakfast served. Sauna is on 3rd floor, rather small but enough for 4-6ppl, free of charge for hotel guests. Shower for cooling down but hasn't been working. Generally quiet and comfortable place to stay. Hotel provides few local discounts, nice to use at town thermal bathes. Hotel is convenient to drive in, load/unload the luggage."
