"Whilst many hotels in the same category are comfortable, the people who designed the Hyatt obviously wanted to add something extra to make the hotel different. Sure, the breakfast is good, the staff are lovely, the rooms are clean etc, but when you are in your room you don't feel like you are in a "Hotel" room so much. They have added decorative elements to make the rooms feel much more than "yet another Hotel". I've stayed there a few times, but all the rooms from the smaller standard rooms to the suites have added decorative touches that make it feel superior to normal hotels. I don't really enjoy travelling for business, but at least when I am at the Hyatt House, I know I have an environment that I like. The only thing that I would love to see would be the ability to call up English language movies whilst staying there. There is only so much BBC News/AL Jazzera/EuroNews that I really want to watch in a week..."

"This was a perfect weekend getaway; the hotel is clean and modern, the layout is nice with designated elevators from the rooms to the spa sauna. There’s even a panoramic rooftop bar and a nice breakfast each morning on the ground floor. The hotel staff was professional and courteous, speaking English and friendly service"

"Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. We loved the “best western” theme of the hotel.."
