"This is a hidden gem in Flores. If you want enjoy Flores but are worried about the noise - there are plenty of loud bars and dogs there - this is the perfect spot. It is a private island with one hotel consisting of four rooms, each its own cabin. The five minute boat ride to and from town is provided free by Gustavo anytime you ask. Your deck is 10 feet off the shore line. I am going back!"

"I spent three nights and everything was fine. The place is clean and all the staff members I interacted with were very nice. The bedroom I had had a window to an indoor area but not to any exterior. I did not spend too much time in there so that was fine with me. If you are a light sleeper, you may have trouble as there is some noise and music at night from next door patios (restaurants, etc.). It is easy to walk to Isla de las Flores crossing the bridge and the new bus station is 7minutes away...

"We stayed total of 4nights with one night in Tikal in the middle and stayed in 3 out of the four rooms available. It’s definitely got more of a guesthouse feel and Josef was very helpful and attentive. The standard room is really quite basic and a bit claustrophobic. Josef was nice enough to upgrade us to the Delux room for free after the first night which was lovely. The location is great in Flores. They did offer an airport pickup which we did but would recommend getting a tuk tuk for much...
