"Great hotel and very comfortable. My only negative was that my shower was broken. They have modernised various elements of the hotel such as no phone in the room and if you need to contact reception to go on a web chat style system. This didn't work for me as when I originally went on to report the shower fault there was no option for this on the drop down automated box. After ten mins of trying I gave up and had to have a shower with it faulty. I mentioned it in the morning upon check out but...

"Excellent hotel, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful. Best of all though was the service from Agnes. Polite, friendly and very helpful sorting a problem out for me. A real asset to the hotel. Every hotel should have an Agnes!"
