"It was comfortable. Clean. Unfortunately the the guest prior to us smoked marijuana in the main room. I’m sure there was very little for the host to address this before we checked in. Otherwise great, courteous. "

"Started out disappointed as rented the ENTIRE property. This is not the case - you have shared kitchen with CCTV. Finished disappointed as accused of having child and making a racket. They forgot to check when we left and CCTV cameras - we weren’t even there. As for room - when we arrived heating was not going - they promptly got to fix issue. There had been no communication previously and I had to phone Vrbo to find out what was going on. I was given another property in central Nottingham which was quite frankly appalling. I was not given in advance the code or instructions to remove the parking bollard so had to pay in a car park 10 min walk away. Eventually got a call from the host with the code and...
