"Need to upkeep the decking, remove mold external of the building, indoor floor are uneven and metal nails head are sticking out. Those outdoor furniture on decking are covered with dust and filled with dried leaves at the edges."

"Location on Chalathat Beach was perfect. Near to beach front, playground, street food zone. Parking was easy. Staff service was impeccable, especially the bell boys. Friendly and warm staffs. Pool zone and water park not overly crowded. Ample sitting areas and love the pool access rooms. Bicycles for hotel guest use without additional charges was awesome, only wished bike conditions were better maintained and installed with bells. Some bikes had broken and non functioning brakes. "This is a hidden gem. Cabanas in a beautiful setting on a moat by the river entrance to the lake. Almost empty because tourism hasn’t come back here like the rest of the country. Amazing staff, good food, great prices and they’ll arrange a tour to Thale Noi too. A highlight of our trip."
