"Check in was a breeze with friendly and helpful staff at the desk. We had an issue with the toilet continuously running so we were swapped into another room immediately without fuss. Room was spotlessly clean, generous in size and the bed, I just knew would give us an excellent nights sleep..and it did! Great shower too! All in all a great stay for a reasonable tariff. Would definitely stay here again. "

"3 day trip catching up with family. Nice area with good shopping and dining options. Close enough to walk into Melbourne along the river or catch a train. Room had good facilities but airconditioning couldn’t be adjusted."

"Was noisey and there was a mix up to what room i was in. 3rd time lucky to find my room. On leaving i noticed the mattress had blood on it and was very dirty. That was the worst mattress i had ever seen and was shocked. Wouldnt stay there again. "
