"I had a wonderful time with my family and friends. The hotel is gorgeous and peaceful. Everybody was super nice and helpful. Food amazing, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, natural juice, variety of fruits, breads and pastries, the coffee was delicious!!! The hotel was always clean and beautiful, exotic trees, little monkeys and many birds, a paradise!!! I will definitely come back!!! The hotel is near Campeche beach and you can find many stores nearby, the area has everything, pharmacies,...

"Our bathroom was leaking water and the entire bathroom was wet, we asked for it to be fixed twice but the problem was not fixed."

"Hotel muito bom, café da manhã ótimo, quarto muito bom, perto de uma cafeteria o que nos facilitou muito para jantar. Só faria uma ressalva, colocar um tapete antiderrapante no box, pois o piso muito escorregadio e alguma prateleira para c colocar shampoo e condicionador."

"Overall okay place to stay. It's adjacent to their other property, and it looks like the one we stayed in gets the leftovers of the main one (furniture, mattresses, sheets, etc.). Somewhat clean room. Safe area and a nice staff. Expedia bookings do not get breakfast (extra $5.00, totally worth it, served at the other property across the street). Guests extremely noisy, banging doors late at night and at dawn, but it looks like that's a local problem rather than the hotel's. "

"O quarto que eu fiquei estava limpo, toalhas boas, chuveiro forte e bem quentinho, lençol, colcha e travesseiros cheirosos. Em contra partida a cheguei na primeira noite não tinha luz no quarto, foi providenciada a troca somente no dia seguinte e a cortina não é blackout então as 06 da manhã o quarto já está muito claro. Café gostoso e o hotel é bem localizado."

"O atendimento é espetacular, desde as meninas que auxiliam nos quartos, ate a recepção. O cafe é servido a uma curta caminhada do hotel, mas que se transforma em um espetacular cafe com uma vista fenomenal da praia! Tudo estava bem limpinho e organizado. So duas coisas a comentar, as toalhas sao asperas e os quartos tem uma pessima acustica, todos irao escutar vc e visse versa. "
