"The hotel, amenities and breakfast are very good. What we did not like was that it is located right be the Dutra freeway. The window handle of our room was broken. We informed the front desk and they said they would check it out. Early in the morning we were woken up by the noise of trucks outside our room. "O quarto que eu fechei pelo hotéis.com era totalmente diferente do que a recepção do hotel queria que eu ficasse. Reclamei com a gerente e ela trocou meu quarto. Me senti desmerecida. "Clean hotel with air conditioning / heating. But the a/c is a bit noisy. You would be woken up by the noise from the kitchen and the smell of breakfast-cooking. It's also easy to hear sounds from the outside and next room, even if the window and door are shut closed. One very bad ting is that they allow smoking in the common area at the center of hallways. Hated the smell. The hotel is located conveniently by the side of downtown, which is a tourist attraction. However, I might choose another...
