"There's much to appreciate about the hotel. It's located in a walkable area with restaurants, shops, and train stations nearby; the staff are courteous and helpful; and the property is well-maintained. The hotel rooms aren't the most comfortable spaces, though. The walls are thin, making it easy for people's voices from the hallway or in adjacent rooms to bleed through, and the mattress is a bit hard. But the benefits outweigh these minor issues. Overall, this place offers plenty of conveniences...

"Great location. The hotel is a 7-minute walk to Shuanglian Station with lots of restaurants close by. Hotel is a bit dated and rooms are a bit small. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Free snacks and beverages in the common area. "

"My family stayed here for more than a week and were very grateful to have helpful staff (Kevin, Claire, Winnie and Vicky) in the dining area. They made us feel welcomed and were very kind to our child. Would highly recommend this property!"

"It was a nice choice for people who prefer a quiet area near Taipei, with MRT easy access to the City center. However, the reception staff was different, one of the ladies had no idea about answering the eco question. Made me feel uneasy about the service of the hotel. Over 3 days, then they will change the bed sheet. Short of housekeeping staff? That middle-aged woman's response was out of the blue, and confusing. Don't they need to change the mug used before? OMG, just replace the new one...
