"Not fancy but clean. Perfect for one night (no kettle, no microwave, no fridge). Good beds. Overall somewhat run-down but everything works (including the AC). The one glitch was that a gentleman at the front desk was supposed to call me a taxi at 12:20 for 12:30 to get to the train station, but he forgot. Unfortunately the paintwork was in very poor state and the room needed a makeover as it looked tired. My king size bed was actually two singles pushed together so there was an uncomfortable ridge down the centre. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. "In general we had a good experience during our stay. The apartment is well located and reasonably well equipped. The biggest inconvenience is that they have no staff in the premises and any problem has to be handled though a WhatsApp account that is slow to reply. When I arrived at the building, I had not yet received the email with the room information and door code, I eventually did, but it took me a while to contact them and get the information, also, the elevator was out of service and since...

Our room was taken by someone else when we arrived, we were told it was someone’s mistake at midnight, so we were sent to another hotel which had no promised parking lot available, also there wasn’t any water cup in the room, ridiculous and we need to get our money refunded."
