"Everyone was wonderful. We looked forward to seeing our favorite waitress, Lola, each morning for breakfast. Another Lola helped us get set up with a phenomenal taxi driver, Alex, for an island tour. It was just a great experience. "

"location is perfect, many restaurants within walking distance. only thing I didn't like is beach is small & hard to find a chair & umbrella so stayed at pool everyday on side of property & there was no breeze on that side very hot"

"The property was obviously recently redone and the staff was fantastic. Especially Daniel and Serge at the bar and beach respectively. Also the spa facilities were outstanding. Great recommendations from the staff for dinner options off the property. Dinner at the hotel was not great. Also we were charged a 50 daily resort fee...which came as a surprise on check out. Beach was great."

" only a single wash cloth 2x during week and 2 hand towels. They repeatedly explained laundry was short We had no hot or warm water in kitchen sink all week, one of stove switches was broken, couldn’t be fixed, there was a crack in bottom of our shower door, and it took 10 minutes for shower water to get hot . I found housekeeping staff kind and tried to be helpful. Also same with bellmen. Waitstaff in Seabreeze and Mix were very courteous."
