"The first room had many cockroaches in the bathroom- we immediately switched rooms and the next room had a much newer bathroom- BUT there was blood all o er the toilet seat and hair left in the shower drain. It was so disgusting. My husband had to clean the bathroom for us- I have never experienced something like this- obviously had not been cleaned at all! The bed was very comfortable but the pool was very dirty and not well maintained "

"Do not book, I booked through hotel.com and when arrived they said they no longer except hotel.com reservations. Hotel customer support tried to get in contact with them and were unable, so my refund was not approved. They should removed themselves from the hotel.com app to prevent customers from booking their hotels."

"The reception was super unprofessional. When I told them that I booked the hotel from hotels.com, they laughed and said that they never heard of them! Although I booked less 2 hours before I arrived, they still didnt have any record of my booking. "The front desk spoke nicely and politely. The hotel is in rural area. Can smell the fresh grass in the air. But the room was terrible. Air conditioner was broken and with hot air steaming out.
