"We got quite surprised with this hotel. First time booking this property and after reading the previous reviews we were in doubt, however our stay was great staff very friendly, rooms very cleaned and comfortable. We ordered room service food and it was great as well. I tried the róbalo endiablado and my wife a chicken salad. They also had a great Chilean wine and prices were very reasonable. "I stayed at this hotel to celebrate my mom's birthday. I was surprised with how nice the staff was. Maria Angelica is very professional and nice. Martha's cooking was to die for. The breakfast is really good; different options every day. Conveniently located, you can walk everywhere. The room that we stayed in was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was tidy and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel. "
