"I booked 4 rooms. It was great that the hotel is right in the beach area. The restaurant had good food with plenty to chose. The room not impresive.The aircondition did not provide much coldness even if it was set in maximum. The other 3 rooms did not have a problem though. Only bath towels provided. We have to ask for face towels and hand towels. They only gave us face towels. No bar soap. The staffs were great. "

"The place was the worst place ive been to in 20 Years. It looked abandoned. No water for hours . A/C didn't cool the villa. No food or drink available even though charged for same. "Visiting family for Xmas and needed more room and comfort for 8. Terrific owner trying to bring big city level service to the province. Food was sadly too often cold and took forever or no longer available but everyone was doing their best. Very safe, secure with a large pool and room options to suit singles, couples and big groups like ours. Belle really looked after us and is on top of the ‘negatives’ so our next stay will no doubt see improvements. She couldn’t do enough for us and the rooms...

"This was the only bad place I stayed in out of the 8 hotels I stayed in during my PH trip. I actually stayed there months ago, long story but rude and unhelpful staff and none of the facilities were allowed to be used because they “had a Jollibees function the next day so they wanted to keep the facility areas tidy for them” yes I was also a paying guest when told this. No wifi, crazy loud AC. "
