"Tener que esperar después de salir y entregar la habitación, no me gustó esperar a verificar que nada se lleva uno , aunque uno es honrado, pues lo hacen sentir como delincuente , las chicas de front desk no son muy amables , no sonríen demasiado serias. "

"Recepción y estacionamiento: Cuando llegamos, una chica de trenza de lado morenita nos atendió de manera grosera. Nos informó que si dejábamos el carro en el estacionamiento ya no lo podíamos sacar en todo el día (porque lo podían guardar en frente o a 3 cuadras). Esto resultaba ilógico, considerando que eran al rededor de las 3 pm y teníamos planes de cenar fuera esa noche, a media hora caminando. "The property was clean and the staff was friendly and provided a professional service. However, we paid an additional fee to cover breakfast, but we got there we were told that is only "American Breakfast" which was a very limited menu. Not what was advertised."

"Wasn't real impressed. The hotel is in located in a great location but reminded me more of a hostel. We had an issue the night we were there with getting in the hotel when we carried fork a night out. The door was locked and no one answered. We banged on the door, called at least 30 times, and rang the bell for 30 minutes. No one answered. We had to stand outside for 40 minutes at 2am waiting to get in. "This property is new and kept clean. The photos are beautiful. They provide great bedding and towels. There is good hot water, but water pressure is low. There is a great kitchen, but no cook wear or utensils which renders it useless. There is no heat or air conditioning. We visited in January and it gets very cold there in the winter. We brought a small heater, so we were comfortable enough, but without the heater we would have been warmer outside. I would stay there again, but I would travel with all I need to be comfortable there and I might try to find a place with air conditioning if it was a warm time of year."
