This property is new and kept clean. The photos are beautiful. They provide great bedding and towels. There is good hot water, but water pressure is low. There is a great kitchen, but no cook wear or utensils which renders it useless. There is no heat or air conditioning. We visited in January and it gets very cold there in the winter. We brought a small heater, so we were comfortable enough, but without the heater we would have been warmer outside. I would stay there again, but I would travel with all I need to be comfortable there and I might try to find a place with air conditioning if it was a warm time of year.

Las habitaciones estaban muy sucias y muy deferidas, no cerraba las puertas de las recámaras ni del baño a la cocina integral le faltaban puertas que estaba tiradas en la parta de adentro , la puerta de la entrada tenía un hueco y se colaba mucho frío , las persianas estaban incompletas , muy malas condiciones de las habitaciones!!

Sucio y ruidoso. No hay amenidades en el baño mas que un sobre de shampoo para 4 personas. Toallas sucias. No hay ningun equipo para cocinar a pesar de que es una suite-departamento. El estacionamiento es un problema ya que hay que esperar a que despierten a otros huespedes para poder sacar tu auto.

¡¡Mi habitación estaba LLENA DE MOSCAS, eran más de 30!! Según mi reserva en Hotels.com, yo tenía hasta la media noche para hacer check in. Llegué, poco antes de las 2 pm y me dijeron que mi habitación estaría disponible hasta las 3, porque estaban haciendo el aseo. Fue hasta después de las 4 pm que me mandaron un mensaje para decirme que ya estaba lista. Finalmente volví a las 9:20 pm y el hombre en la recepción me dijo que mi habitación ya no estaba disponible, un mentiroso pues alegó que me estuvo mandando mensajes toda la tarde para preguntarme si aún quería la habitación cuando sólo había mandado uno que no vi y que estaba obligada a responder puesto que mi reserva estaba garantizada con mi tarjeta de crédito. Después de alegar con él, resultó que sí había una habitación, pero se negó por completo a dejarme usar el estacionamiento que aun tenia un lugar disponible, hasta que le comprobé que mi reserva incluía estacionamiento. Finalmente me estacioné dentro de la propiedad pero los lugares no son suficientes, unos carros encierran a otros y los de la calle encierran los de adentro, calle que por cierto, no está pavimentada. El edificio de las suites no tiene vigilancia personal y se puede abrir desde afuera 24 horas del día, cualquiera puede entrar. Las camas no están tan cómodas. 😡
