"Everything was amazing. The reviews for this hotel were very mixed, however our experience was amazing and have no idea why anyone would say anything negative. Our room (#8) was beautiful, the esthetic of the pool was georgeous, the view of Lake Atitlan (feet away) was breathtaking, the staff was kind, friendly (miri and juan..everyone) and everyone always had a smile on their face. The food was great👌. 10/10 i would definitely return and would recommend!"

"This property is gorgeous! We loved sitting on our front porch area and enjoying the gardens. The place is gated and has security at all times so we always felt very safe on the property. The room was cleaned every day and it was always quiet after 10 PM. There’s a lot of amenities on the property.
