"The room service staff need to be trained in room cleaning protocol, use of tools for saperate space in the room. The room had a poor odour even after cleaning staff did their job, room decor and furniture has to revamped to give a fresh good feel. The price is a good driver, some training of the staff will help improve the stay experience."

"We wanted to be close to the parks, so this was perfect. Was quieter than if we were in the heart of Palermo but trade off was fewer restaurants & activity. Close to Planetarium, Japanese Gardens, ecoparque, Avenida del Liberator (good pickup spots for both city busses & tourist bus), 3 ice cream shops within a block, Serena’s Cafe for good breakfast & lunches.
