The beach is beautiful. Quiet, with few people. Make sure to ask Ivan where to go in the area. He will send you to some great places. Nicco's is a must. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The owners and staff here are amazing. They were helpful and friendly and genuine. The pool is nice and there in nice seating around the pool and along the oceanside as well as in the bar/restaurant The rooms could use some TLC and attention, but they have clean beds and AC, and all of the beauty of the bay just outside, so it could be overlooked. "Unique stay for sure. We stayed in one of the smaller “containers”. It was fine for us, others might find it tight. The larger units looked like they had some dining area and a bit more space. A few extra hooks on the wall or in the very tiny bathroom would be nice for towels. The first floor units are great for pool side, second floor units have a porch but you have to go around the building to access your door. A few extra chairs on the first floor entry decks would be nice as we had to...

There are very few in-room amenities (maybe I missed that in description): no coffeemaker, no iron available at all -literally have to contact housekeeping and they will pickup and iron items for you. Sounds nice but if you're just needing to run a few passes of steam and go, this doesnt work. Also no phone in room to contact front desk or housekeeping. "I was told to call 24 hours in advance, and the lady that answered said we did not have a reservation and she spoke very good English, and this was two phone calls one by me and one by my friend who is Panamanian. She said she had not dealt with Hotels.com since Covid, I booked another place not through hotels.com You refused to publish my review… and that is wrong wrong wrong. Hotels.com should fix the problem!"

"Beautiful, quaint, secluded place! The only sounds are the birds, waves and breezes. On a bluff that overlooks the ocean, few min walk to beach. You might have the beach to yourself. Nice little pool on property. Clean and comfortable, great service, great breakfast. DIRECTIONS: Take one of the plentiful buses to Penonome from Panama City's Terminal Albrook, getting off in Las Uvas. ($3.50) Contact the property before you get there and they'll pick you up. "
