"The environment is perfect, a place to listen to nature and the breeze. Excellent climate and the restaurant exquisite. The only thing I can recommend is that the no-noise policy starts at 7 pm. Some neighbors were on their balcony with urban music and laughing loudly, which forced us to go into the room to not hear them. "

"This place is a hidden gem! You’re surrounded by a lush tropical garden with excellent room and dining services. The dining room and the Octagon are like museums with decor from all over the world. We reserved the deluxe studio suite, but due to the recent rains, the roof was leaking so they upgraded us to the family studio suite, their largest room. It was clean and spacious with a large walk in closet. Breakfast was sumptuous, and we had dinner there both evenings. The food was delicious...

"I was told to call 24 hours in advance, and the lady that answered said we did not have a reservation and she spoke very good English, and this was two phone calls one by me and one by my friend who is Panamanian. She said she had not dealt with Hotels.com since Covid, I booked another place not through hotels.com You refused to publish my review… and that is wrong wrong wrong.
