"This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The staff are great and rooms are large and comfortable with king size beds. The hotel is pet friendly, but wanted 950 pesos for our dog for a one night stay which was more than the cost of the room. We had the charge reduced, but if we had known before how much the cost would be, we would not have stayed there. Last time , a year ago, the charge was much less. "

"This property is very pretty , I love the installation and the staff was friendly and polite, the only disappointment was there’s no coffee in the rooms, or complimentary coffee , and the restaurant doesn’t open until 8 so we have to get dressed and go to the Oxxo instead of enjoying a cup of coffee in the beautiful poolside terrace , I hope that change and make a package that includes breakfast so we can come back next year, but I do recommend the hotel, is safe and clean "

"Directly next to the church of Santa Maria Tonantzintla and easy walking distance to the church of San Francisco Acatepec. Businesses (stores, typical restaurants, etc) are within easy walking distance. The room itself was ok - but there was no deadbolt on the door, the toilet wasn't in the best state of repair, not all of the lights worked in the room. You get what you pay for. "
