"Very limited seats at the breakfast area so we (4pax) cannot sit together. Suggests that the hotel allows to choose the time slots for breakfast like other hotels to control the crowd. The breakfast is simple but delicious. The room is also spacious and plenty parking space. Will choose this hotel if we visit this place again. "

"The hotel wasn’t fancy, but it was competent. It is a slightly upscale business hotel. The rooms were cramped but clean, and the breakfast offerings were smaller than usual, but the menu was thoughtful and offered something for everybody. The hotel seeks to differentiate itself with a family-friendly image. "I was new to Japanese culture. The hotel was very clean and hospitable. The bed was very stiff and a room for 3 adults was one big bed to share. We were expecting a hotel like the USA. Different but I think for the area it was well done."

"Rooms are big by Japanese accommodation standards and so are the bathrooms. The culture shock of entering a love hotel is soon forgotten but subtle reminders like the lack of wifi and available TV usage remain. Overall very relaxing to stay in."

"Location : around 10 min walk from the JR/kintetsu station. It is flat road all along. Okay with the luggage. Walking distance to local restaurants. The tourist info suggests some Matsusaka beef restaurants. Good suggestions with high quality beef at reasonable price! Amenities: there is a microwave near the reception. It was getting cooler and the microwave help keep the food warm. Room: nice and clean. Size is okay for a solo traveller Staff: very nice. They helped me call the restaurant...

"The room is not so big, but it should be considered as a spacious room in Japan. It is clean and the location is good. A big shopping mall, AEON, is within few minutes walk. The hotel is offering parking and spa onsite free. Everything is good except the toilet is too high from the floor in the bedroom floor. For aged or kids, it's maybe not friendly."

"Unpleasant odour in room. Duvet over sheet. Duvet used by previous occupants smelled of BO. Bathroom very cramped. Toilet and sink overflow dirty. Bed and pillows very hard, unable to sleep. Chairs badly stained. We regret wasting our Hotel.com rewards on this hotel. The photos advertising this hotel very deceptive. Can’t fault staff. "
