It’s very well located and not that far - but it is uphill! Very uphill with medium sized cases. However, once there, very quick reception, great maps available and helpful advice. Breakfast was relaxed. Real meusli (with choc bits), fruit, yoghurt, cold meats and cheese, toast, baguettes and pastries. Juice, and...

"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day.
