"Ive come to Marseille to visit my friend. For my stay, I wanted a hotel tjat was quite close to Saint Charles station and was an affordable proce. I booked Ibis via hotel.com and it disappoint. I arrived in the evening. The receptionist was very friendly , spoke good english and was very helpful. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat offering cereals, toast, pastries, coffee and juices. I would definitely recommend this hotel. *5 all the way! "

However, the WiFi was quite disappointing, with slow speeds and frequent disconnections. Despite this inconvenience, the rest of the amenities and the friendly staff made up for it. "The hotel is well located, clean and minimalist. The only critique is that luggage has to be brought up a steep two floors staircase to the reception area. Then there’s a small elevator to go up the other floors. "

"Very friendly receptionists who were always there to help. Accommodated early check in and rented an umbrella for unexpected shower. Facility was very clean and pleasant. Only thing was the distance from the bus station and city center, of course still walkable and good deal for the price!"
