"There was an unusual incident, some hours of mess in the hotel, présence of fire fighters and non-stop alarm ringing that affected our stay, especially in the middle of massage treatment, and hotel staff didn't want to take responsibility, because the problem came from the outside! No reimbursement, no accomodation, we have just accepted the situation because we didn't want to ruin our trip."

"No on-site staff and empty entrance makes the hotel feel like it’s lacking charm or character. The temperature in our room was too high. The bathroom light wasn’t working properly (dim and flickering). The lighting in the bedroom is not good (bedside lights are too bright, no light over sink). The fridge temperature was too low. There wasn’t enough parking on a couple of occasions. "

"What a fantastic treehouse surprise! Absolutely beautiful and truly in the forest but steps away from a lovely sauna and hot tub, and the nicest host even has four laying hens! The route we took included some 1-2km twisty dirt road and felt like a real adventure. We stayed here for a romantic birthday two night stay while taking an excellent blacksmithing course at nearby Vans Blacksmithing in Hawkesbury, and stayed another day for open forge time.
