"The room smelt of cigarette smoke and it was obviously a know issues as the window had been open as the room temperature was the same as out side. Other than that the staff were amazing and made my visit a pleasure. Warm smiles and welcoming whenever I passed, Even before I informed them of my problem. The manager should congratulate the staff on their customer service. "

"We had a very nice stay , and we were upgraded to executive room which was lovely , unfortunately it looked out onto the main road which was being dug up and majorly overhauled and the noise from machinery until they stopped was rather loud . It restarted at 8am but luckily we were just waking up anyway . The staff were very helpful and helped us find parking as road disrupted and breakfast was very nice . Je traverse le restaurant lumière éteinte, pas de personnel ni client (bref je pars manger en ville) alors qu'il est ouvert depuis trente minutes Salle de petit dejeuner : lumière éteinte, buffet misérable avec juste quelques baguettes (je repars de nouveau pour manger à l'exterieur) Accès entre l'accueil et les chambres fermés le soir m'obligeant le matin a passer par l'exterieur pour le dejeuner......
