"This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone). The appearance of th hotel upon arrival gives little credit for how comfortable the rooms are and how pleasing the restaurant is. It is little surprise that the hotel is used by tradesmen and appears to be full all the time. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend."

"Not sure what to say, it is an Ibis, as you would expect it is clean and tidy and everything works. The staff were very helpful. The location is on the edge of town, but it only takes a few minutes to get to the edge of town and find places to eat and drink."

"When I checked in, I was so tired that i dropped my wallet on the way to my room. Thankfully, hotel staff found it intact & knocked on my door 15 minutes later. I'm very grateful to them for literally saving my holiday!"

"A friendly and helpful welcome to the Hotel and soon booked into our room and explained where to park our vehicle once we had unloaded. The hotel has a very traditional feel downstairs, charming. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well. "Parking was full so had to leave on the road with lots of wedding bits inside. Hotel ok but tired. Room basic. No water or tea facility. Restaurant overpriced and under whelming. I had a local dish. Local Sausage and mash. Basic sausage and mash tasted like smash. Dried potatoes. Felt a bit money grabbing. "

"A very stylish and modern hotel positioned in the centre of town. Don’t pay extra for parking at the rear as there’s plenty of spaces in the market place outside the hotel. All rooms have air con which was welcome with temperatures at 32c. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but it seemed very popular with local people. Breakfast was quite basic but adequate."

"This is lovely hotel right next to the lake. The room was nicely set out, clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed. It’s a shame we were only staying the one night. 🙂"

"Small and friendly family campsite. Cabins are very clean and well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked and bathroom good for this type.of accommodation. Plenty of storage. Very helpful reception"

"Friendly and helpful staff, a fairly basic but comfortable room and a good breakfast made this a great choice for an overnight stay. The parking was easy. It is a 15 minute walk from the town centre and there is no restaurant in the hotel. Other eating opportunities nearby are limited. "

"Absolutely amazing experience, close to the lake, excellent restaurant , beautiful caravan park with all facilities, close to the town and just an amazing lake view from mobile home. Definitely back again."

Not the cheapest in town, but excellent quality and again, very friendly staff. "
