On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms of 20m2, one with its bathroom and the second with its private bathroom (in the bedroom)

On the 2nd floor: 2 large bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

Close to the Cère River and a park, this townhouse, without a garden, is located in a quiet street a stone's throw from shops, bars and restaurants.

Excellent pieds à terre to visit Quercy, the padirac chasm, Rocamadour, and the "most beautiful villages in France" Collonges-la-Rouge, Turenne, Loubressac, Autoire, Carennac, Beaulieu/Dordogne, Curemonte. And sail on the Dordogne.
