"Nice swimming pool and big clean room with big bathroom (we had a family studio). Staff very friendly and big underground car park available on site. The only thing is that given the location you need the car to go out for dining, shopping and to the beach, but this goes without saying if you look at where the hotel is located on the map."

"I booked this hotel as it is advertised as room with balcony, even comes with a photo of how the room looks like. I was disappointed when I was assigned with a room without a balcony and a window facing the back alley as the guest "needs to specifically request for a balcony during the booking", not automatically given. Felt like a false advertisement to me. Room is very small but comfy bed. 5 mins walk from main train station. Other than that, everything else is good."

"Property is clean and efficiently run. Rooms have what you need but nothing extra. One pillow per bed and towels are thin. Located between two busy roads and not walkable unless you’re going to a soccer/football match and roads are closed. Uber to downtown or train stations. Lots of options for breakfast and the staff is very friendly. "

"I love staying here, the location is great if you wish to use the train station to travel to other towns. The staff are also incredibly helpful, they let us check in 5 hours early (free of charge) and helped with anything we asked for. The cleaners were also lovely any very efficient in cleaning the rooms. The beds were comfortable and shower pressure strong. This was my second stay here and I would certainly book this hotel again."

"The hotel is clean and renovated but very friendly staff. The location is superb.. a few steps away from the main shopping street and a few minutes’ walk to the old city. The only issue is with no soundproofing of the rooms so water running in the pipes in the adjacent room might keep you awake at night. "
