"You cant check in early because theyre closed from 11am to 5 pm. They email you a code to get in however the machine was broken. So we had to wait to get in until someone arrived which thankfully was early. The room was very bare and basic, like a college dorm room. Hard beds. 1 pillow and 1 towel only. Nothing extra. "We used the ACE Arras for a visit to Vimy. It was within 20 min. Accomodation was comfortable, easy to find and the staff pleasant and helpful. Had supper at the Au feu du bois next door, enjoyable and a good meal."

"It was lovely and clean and the bed was comfy. It was on what seemed like an industrial estate and had lots of road works going on, not very picturesque. The breakfast wasn't great, they ran out of things, the restaurant was closed for the weekend. One staff was lovely, one was ok, a little dismissive. Overall, good if it's just a overnight stop you need by the train. But not really as a holiday stay."
