So, we experienced some of the service issues that one can naturally expect when a new management is arriving. Nevertheless the staff was excellent and predisposed to overcome all those difficulties. "For a basic hotel, very good. No AC (but they never said there was, so that's OK). What I liked is that it was very quiet outside our room, so having the windows open on a hot night wasn't a problem. And in contrast to many hotels, while they had a duvet on the bed, they also provided a very light blanket, so it wasn't an all or nothing covering situation. And they had extra pillows. "La situation de l'hôtel était pratique pour nous pour passer une courte nuit après le festival de Sion sous les étoiles :-). Le personnel est avenant et sympathique. Quant au petit déjeuner il a été royal. C'est un établissement que je recommande sans hésiter."
