"The multilingual hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy and the buffet breakfast is excellent with so many options of food. The pool has a lifeguard during the day and the pool area is kept very clean. There were plenty of sun loungers to relax on. Sa Coma beach is around a 10 min walk and Cala Millor beach is also around a 10min walk away. There are lots of restaurants in Cala Millor and Sa Coma to choose from for evening meals which were very good....

"Just returned from a 10 night stay, what a lovely hotel, great location and views from the room and balcony. Junior suite was perfect for us as a couple, as we can tend to need different environments to sleep, i loved the air conditioned bedroom, where my hubby doesnt like it too cool and like the noise of the tv to help him off to sleep. "This was our 3rd time at this hotel.The entertainment team were excellent for the children always trying to include them in all activities. I found the bar staff and restaurant staff quite surly.whilst this is good value for a 3star hotel it would benefit from a much better air conditioning system and better sunbeds around the pool as most had been repaired or were broken.also the food was more than adequate for adults in our family (4) but not much choice for the children (3)."

"Hotel is in a good position. Had an apartment which was a good size, bathroom was an odd layout though and needed a good clean around the shower. Pizzeria restaurant was the best out fo the choice, good variety, and good quality. Pool's were great as was the water park."
