It takes approximately 10 minutes to and from the bahnhof in Spiez. The selection of music channels on the tv is great."

"The staff were amazing. They were extremely helpful. The hotel was steps away from the train station which was perfect when dragging around our luggage. The hotel is also in a great location for exploring the Old city. I would recommend it."

"Very clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good quality continental breakfast (the same for all days but that really wasn’t a problem). About a three minute walk from the Victoriaplatz tram stop but it’s only a 20 minute walk into the centre of Bern if you’re feeling energetic. Get the tram back though as it’s uphill !! Alternately it’s a ten minute walk to the Rosengarten for that perfect view of Bern. The room was immaculate but could be a little bigger - but what do you expect from a...

"The location was good. There was a bus stop near by. We were given free bus tickets and discount on entries to areas in the city. The only problem was the lack of air-conditioning. However we were given two fans. The breakfast was good. The other problem was that the hotel desk closes at 9 pm. You need to tell them in advance if you're arriving late."
