"The staff were amazing. They were extremely helpful. The hotel was steps away from the train station which was perfect when dragging around our luggage. The hotel is also in a great location for exploring the Old city. I would recommend it."

"Excellent breakfast. Beautiful location. The view from the breakfast hall looking down on the castle/town is wonderful. Bus 65 stop Spiez Grueb is about 3 minutes walk from hotel. It takes approximately 10 minutes to and from the bahnhof in Spiez. The selection of music channels on the tv is great."

About a three minute walk from the Victoriaplatz tram stop but it’s only a 20 minute walk into the centre of Bern if you’re feeling energetic. Get the tram back though as it’s uphill !! "This was a lovely hotel in Kandersteg. This is located beside the gondola station and the walking path for the hike to lake. There was a nice restaurant at the hotel that we had a great dinner at and the breakfast was very enjoyable. My family really enjoyed staying here and we would come back again!"
