"Property was very good albeit in the middle of a huge city. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On reception they advertised times and a menu for their bar and restaurant. However when we enquired they told us it was closed but they would happily order in for us if we needed assistance. Room was very good apart from the mugs for coffee both of which were dirty and very obviously used fairly recently as the tray they were on was wet and stained. Staff did after being made aware supplied...

"A really good location with the underground only 200m from the hotel. Very friendly check in, most helpful for stranger to the city. Nice room, and very quiet. Really nice for the four days we were there. "
