"The staff was friendly but english language skills were so so. There was no ironing board; one of the faucets were leaking throughout our stay which kept the washroom floor wet. I requested the front desk to fix it and showed the video to them but it was not fixed during our stay. "Clean and convenient. Easy to move around. Staffs are helpful and friendly. I recommend their Pyramid tours. Their other tours are not necessary as you can do it yourself."

"This hotel has an unbeatable view of the Pyramids and Sphinx, and a rooftop where you can see the Pyramid light show for free while you dine or sip a cup of tea or coffee. The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and accomodating. They went out of their way to make sure my dietary needs were met, that I had transportation, they arranged a tour guide for me, and were always there to help. Kamal and Sherif were excellent!"
