"First, I would like to compliment Sabrina at the front desk, who helped us find our way to the hotel from Mount Etna as our GPS was sending us in circles, she was patient and helpful and just beyond friendly. The entire staff, we’re all beyond friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, nothing over the top, but very clean and accommodating.
