"Side door entering the entrance to stairs up to 242 where i stayed was constantly being rigged open. Went on for hours and my son came over way later for a hour and the manager blamed him and told him he didnt belong their...hes 9yrs old. Do not do laundry there either i put a load over into the dryyer and watched somebody run down the hall with clothes, lets guess i checked all my wet clothes were on the ground scattered through. I called desk but i handled my own way. There were several couples smoking weed and crack in the halls at night and my rooms floor turned my socks bottoms tar black. The sink leaked underneath badly as well as the fridge."

"Our chicken was easy in the staff was very helpful and friendly. We truly enjoyed our day. It was our first time Wilmington and we will definitely be back to this hotel. "
