"I stayed in the Radisson Blu last weekend in Cardiff and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this Radisson Park Inn"

"The Barn was a comfortable enough stay for the one night, although the hotel is a little tired and in need of some refurbishment. The pool, sauna and steam room were nice enough. The food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. There was a small mix up with the wine i ordered but that was put right. I was wakened at 07:00 by noise outside my room. Overall a pleasant enough stay though."

"Never again! When I arrived they had no record of my booking, even though I showed them the booking confirmation. After almost an hour they agreed to give me a room. When we were in the room it was freezing, it was -2 in the room, we tried the heating but it didn’t work. Asked reception to move us but they said they didn’t have any other rooms made up. We left at 6am because we couldn’t stand the cold."

"I stayed one night, it is a fabulous building that has been modernised and revamped to a very high standard, it's is right in the centre of Boston with on site parking at £4 for 24 hours. Whilst not 'manned' the telephone was answered quickly and instructions including a map and how to gain access/breakfast etc was sent over immediately. I struggled to find it via sat nav but the link worked well. I required assistance with my case and help arrived at the agreed time - I loved the hotel, it...
