"The hotel overall was good for Rio Verde. The staff knew I was English and had limited Portuguese ; I had to make all efforts to translate. Also, a work friend from RV who visited a few times , to show me around RV and where to eat etc felt the staff were looking at her with curiosity and suspicion . I saw that also . None of their business ! The music act on Wednesday was good"

Aí não tinha como acessar o elevador, nem carregar os telefones, sem sanduicheira no café, fora o calor que passamos a noite sem o ar condicionado. Impossível hotel sem gerador. E quando fomos questionar na recepção eles simplesmente ignoraram e não apresentaram solução ou desconto. "
