"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa del Lago. The house was spacious and comfortable and the porch was wonderful. Fortunately it was cool and there was no need for air-conditioning. The units included in each room need repairs made to vent system. We found it to be centrally located to every where we visited. Would love to come back again and stay there. Enjoyed watching the horses and garzas in the yard.This house is truly a GEM nestled in the mountains of Adjuntas. "

"The apartment was beautiful, with terraces and ocean views. They were a few things, though that were disappointing. The light in the kitchen was burned out, the battery in the remote control for the ceiling fan was dead so we couldn’t turn the fan on & there was an abysmal water pressure in the shower. There was plenty of water pressure in the kitchen, I believe it was just bad showerheads. My biggest complaint is that the lobby was under construction, and the elevator was not working. "The place seems nice in pictures, But when you arrive you are greeted with cockarochs , air-conditioning barley works, No hot water, sheets stained, the wood on the bed was rotten. broke to the floor after just sitting down on it.. i called and they would not give a refund.. no property management what so ever.. my vacation became a nightmare"

There was no swimming pool, no safe deposit box, no security, no cleaning, expired fire extinguishers, no phones in the room, no closets in the room. IT was completely miserable experience. i will never return and will not reccomend this property to anyone. "
