"Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!"

It reminded me of the industrial, minimalistic design in hotels in South Beach, Miami - large uncovered windows for utmost viewing pleasure. Located directly in front of a gazebo on the beach, you could hear the waves crashing on the shore from within, and you can even see the ocean from the luxurious refreshing private pool in the back patio. "The apartment was beautiful, with terraces and ocean views. They were a few things, though that were disappointing. The light in the kitchen was burned out, the battery in the remote control for the ceiling fan was dead so we couldn’t turn the fan on & there was an abysmal water pressure in the shower. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa del Lago. The house was spacious and comfortable and the porch was wonderful. Fortunately it was cool and there was no need for air-conditioning. The units included in each room need repairs made to vent system. We found it to be centrally located to every where we visited. Would love to come back again and stay there. Enjoyed watching the horses and garzas in the yard.This house is truly a GEM nestled in the mountains of Adjuntas. "
