"I found the room to be spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very modern and ia 5 minute walk (if that) to the train stop. If I remember correctly Kriens is only 2/3 stops away from Lucerne which I think is a fantastic town. The offer the usual continental breakfast which I found to be fresh each day. Overall I had a really comfortable stay. "

"Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first visit to Luzern. Train station is just across the street in a wonderful neighborhood. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. We especially loved the location. Everything you would want to see and experience is a short walk. The shopping, dining and convenience to the train station below the station was amazing. "

"Cons- The family accomodation not suitable for more than 4 people with a max of 2 adults per stay. The towels were tiny, they were only big enough to wrap around my 5 year old son. The lift in the building was tiny and only big enough for 2 people. Pro-The apartment was easily accessible and the communication was excellent. The supermarkets were the next to the apartment which was great. The walk to the city was easy and close. "

The only info I would share for others is that an eye mask and ear plugs are 100% essential! The hallway light remains on full and a lot of light came in under the door and window blinds. We had a floor 1 room and people were constantly slamming the front door at all hours, chatting loudly to each other all the way to their rooms and the stairs are concrete so quite loud. "This property was SO CUTE! The staff is so wonderful, and takes the time to make the stay special. The hotel itself has the cutest little vibe! The rooms are all a little different and have so many nice features to make traveling easy (cut out sections for luggage, large open floor space, etc). The beds are very comfortable. If you like boutique hotels, this one is a gem! "

"Best stay for us across two other countries so far! Bed was comfy. Reception was very informative offering alot of sightseeing hints and tips. Breakfast included (alot of yummy options and best quality weve had over two other countries). Hotel also let us check in early (10am) 5*!"

"I’ve stayed here many times and you can’t beat the location for visiting Luzern. The hotel as completed renovations on about half of the building and is underway with the rest. Never heard any of the workers or work being done. The new rooms are awesome. The design and cosmetic works are well done. You will enjoy this hotel.
