"We had a lovely warm welcome, the red lion was very clean lots of beers & lager's to chose from.. The room was very clean, everything you needed was there plenty of tea and coffee on the plus side there was a mini fridge, king size bed all the toiletry you need.. the shower was a good size big shower head, made a real change not to have white towels we had a light grey made a huge difference.. "This is a wonderful manor hotel in the Welsh countryside. The staff were wonderful and so was the food. The room was spacious and well appointed. The only draw back is there is no lift so you will have to carry your luggage up stairs. "

"Small hotel/B+B close to the centre of Carmarthen. 15 mins walk from the railway station, little/no parking at the hotel but a cheap car park nearby. Good breakfast. I would describe it as nothing special but would use it again"
