"We were looking forward to our 3 nights stay at Lady Maria, but after first 24 hours an accumulation of things made it very mediocre. Any of these events on a stand-alone would not have bothered us, but put together they left an unpleasant feeling. When you arrive, it is not obvious which entrance will take you to reception, so you walk around with your luggage trying various doors, some locked. "The hotel stay was very convenient on my way to Bolzano only less than an hour. It was an excellent choice and easy reach from the A22 Motorway. I ran to the hotel first to check that my French Bulldog companion was also welcomed to stay, so no surprises there just a friendly lady welcomed us both, great! The gentleman in hotel was very helpful and kind. We had a lovely walk with my dog down to the lake too. The room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay only minus on my point of view...
